Maria invited to speak at International Women's Day celebration
Maria Abadilla, CEO of Revive projects, had been invited by the City of Boroondara to speak at the 100th year celebration of International Women's day. The event took place on the 7th of March 2011 at Hawthorn Town Hall. The theme of women in business aims to promote the diversity of women as business leaders and inspire women in Boroondara to pursue business plans and ideas.
Ms Abadilla spoke about her experiences of becoming a social enterprise 'mumprenuer' and how her brainchild Revive Projects had grown in a short period of time to boasting some of Australia's top 100 companies as clients. She also shares her wisdom on on '7 tips for success' along with other successful businesswomen including Abigail Forsyth of Keepcup, Rina Chia of Take2Markets and Angela Bridges of People measures.
In her talk, Maria shares her belief that business is more than receiving profits. She says "We have an opportunity to give through the business we own-to our clients, our family, our staff and the charities we support. Business is the best vehicle for me to give" IWD is a global event recognising and celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women in the past, present and future.

Revive Projects helps to launch new Ben Angel's Book
On the 30th of March, Revive Projects helped to launch Ben Angel's second marketing book "Bigger,better,harder, faster- sleeping your way to the top". The massively entertaining evening was held at the swanky Barkley Hotel At St Kilda. The event was a success with a good turnout.

A Double Win for Revive Projects
Revive Projects wins 2010 retail marketer of the year at Mainstreet Australia/NZ Awards Dinner this month for their work in promoting Mailing Road, Canterbury.
This is a double win for the team with Mailing Road who also recieved the highest Customer Loyalty Score for a retail precinct in the City of Boroondara.
